All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Most products receive free shipping within Canada including all new inflatable SUPs. Hardboards and kayaks (excluding inflatable kayaks) can usually not be shipped.
Large products such as hardboards and kayaks qualify for free delivery in the Vancouver lower mainland. Please note, delivery is usually within a couple days but there may be delays during peak season (April - August).
You can always pick up your order at our store in Maple Ridge. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
How do I check the status of my order?
All orders ship via courier, usually Purolator, UPS, or FedEx. All orders to PO boxes ship via Canada Post Expedited. Shipping times within BC are typically 1-3 business days. Central and eastern Canada can be up to 8 business days but average 4-5 business days.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
