Return Policy

 

Inflatable SUPs

All inflatable SUPs purchased in store may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 7 days of purchase if THE BOX IS SEALED AND UNOPENED. NO EXCEPTIONS. For online or store orders that have shipped, please see the following section. All inflatable SUPs shipped outside of Canada are final sale. 


Cancellation of Shipped or Delivered Orders

Inflatable SUPs: If an order for an inflatable SUP is cancelled after an order has shipped, a flat shipping rate of $50 per board will be charged to the customer plus a restocking fee of $40 per board once the board is returned. THE BOARD MUST BE SEALED AND UNOPENED. NO EXCEPTIONS. The customer is responsible for returning the product to Paddle Gear and will not be compensated for return shipping. The customer has 14 days from the time they purchase the board to notify Paddle Gear of the cancelation and to ship or return the board. The cancelation fees will be reflected in the refund once the board is received. Boards postmarked after 14 days of purchase will not be refunded. 

All other shipped or delivered products including hardboards, bikes, kayaks, boats, spas, hydrocycles, pools, saunas, exercise equipment, and accessories are final sale.

Return Procedure: Do NOT ship returns to any store location. Please indicate your five digit order number on the return shipping label. Please remove or cover all old shipping labels. Please ship all returns to:

All Other Inflatable Products

All other inflatable products including tubes, boats, spas, hydrocycles, pools, saunas, cold plunges, and kayaks are final sale. All used products are final sale. 


Hardboards and Kayaks 

No returns on hardboards or kayaks. Exchanges are dealt with on a case by case basis. Generally, if the product still looks more or less brand new, it can be exchanged. Any price difference will then be paid if required. The customer is responsible for bringing the product in to our wstore for the exchange. All inflatable kayaks and boats are final sale.


Accessories

All accessories are final sale. 


Note: Refunds for online payments typically take 10-15 business days to process. 


Exchange Policy

Paddle boards that have been used but are deemed to be the wrong size or skill level for the user may be exchanged for another board within 30 days of purchase. The exchanged board needs to be in excellent condition with all accessories included and may be exchanged for a board of equal or lesser value. No refund will be issued for any difference in price. The board may be exchanged for a more expensive board, however the customer is required to pay the difference. 

Exchanges on all other products including clothing are limited to 30 days. There are no exchanges on the following products:

  • Bathing suits
  • Footwear
  • Clothing with no tags
  • Clothing that has been washed or looks used
  • Jewelry and sunglasses
  • Damaged products
  • All products sold as "used"
  • All products sold as "demos"
  • PFDs
