Hi there, I emailed you about the defective paddle board I bought last week but got no reply. The seams on the design detail on top, opened up once I inflated it to 15psi. The board still works, but that seems like a defect given that friends boards I’ve seen don’t have that issue. Please let me know how I can get a replacement or refund.
